1. Service Description

Oddsmyth is an AI-powered fantasy baseball assistant. By connecting your Yahoo Fantasy Sports account, Oddsmyth provides personalized analysis and recommendations for lineup optimization, waiver wire decisions, trade evaluation, and matchup strategy. The service is operated by Oddsmyth LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

2. Account Terms

You sign in to Oddsmyth using your Yahoo account via OAuth 2.0 authentication. We do not create or store a separate password for you. One Oddsmyth account corresponds to one Yahoo account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Yahoo account. Oddsmyth is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Credit System

Oddsmyth uses a credit-based pricing model. Credits are digital tokens used to pay for in-depth AI analyses (lineup optimization, waiver wire recommendations, trade evaluation, matchup strategy). Each substantive analysis costs 1 credit.

  • New accounts receive a complimentary allocation of free credits.
  • Quick factual questions (game times, injury checks, scores) are always free.
  • Follow-up questions within the same conversation thread are free.
  • Additional credits can be purchased in packs. All credit purchases are non-refundable.
  • Credits do not expire. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely.

Oddsmyth reserves the right to modify credit pricing and complimentary allocations at any time with reasonable notice.

4. AI Disclaimer

Oddsmyth provides AI-generated analysis and recommendations for fantasy baseball purposes only. This content is informational and does not constitute financial advice, betting advice, or professional sports consulting.

AI-generated recommendations are based on statistical data, projections, and league context but are not guaranteed to be accurate. Fantasy baseball outcomes are inherently unpredictable. You are solely responsible for all decisions made regarding your fantasy team.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models, prompts, or proprietary logic.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Oddsmyth's output without prior written consent.
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent the credit system.
  • Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or Yahoo's terms of service.

Oddsmyth reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data Access

Oddsmyth accesses your Yahoo Fantasy Sports data through read-only OAuth authorization. We can view your leagues, rosters, standings, and scoring settings. We cannot modify your lineup, make transactions, or change any settings in your Yahoo account.

You can revoke Oddsmyth's access to your Yahoo data at any time through your Yahoo account's connected apps settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Oddsmyth LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI recommendations will produce favorable fantasy outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oddsmyth LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Oddsmyth LLC's total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Oddsmyth in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Oddsmyth after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
